The SMOOOTH, Inc. Volunteer Ambassador Program is a volunteer-based initiative designed for passionate individuals who believe in the power of healing, empowerment, and community transformation. Ambassadors serve as the heartbeat of our mission — representing SMOOOTH, Inc. through outreach, advocacy, and hands-on support at events in their local communities.

Our Ambassadors are organized into three tiers — each with a unique purpose and level of engagement.

🦋 Tier 1: Monarch Butterfly (Leadership and Development) 

Focus: Organizational Advancement 

  • Cultivate partnerships, collaborations, and community relationships 

  • Support fundraising, sponsorship for program and event dynamics 

  • Strengthening brand relationships and endorsements 

  • Collaborate directly with the CEO, Executive Director, and Director of Ambassadors 

  • Attending leadership meetings as needed 

  • Represent SMOOOTH, Inc. at community and media events 

Ideal For: Professionals and advocates with strong networks, communication skills, and leadership experience.

👑 Tier 2: Queen Butterfly (Event Coordination and Promotion)

Focus: Event and Program Promotion  

  • Assist in coordinating sponsorship decks, event fliers, and outreach materials 

  • Promote SMOOOTH, Inc. events across social media platforms

  • Conduct outreach to potential sponsors and partners

  • Support event awareness and marketing efforts

  • Lead and support Tier 3 Ambassadors during events

Ideal For: Professionals and advocates with strong networks, communication skills, and leadership experience.

🇺🇸 Tier 3: American Lady Butterfly (Event Support and Operations)

Focus: On-Site Event Volunteer

  • Support registration and guest check-in

  • Assist with setup, breakdown, and event logistics

  • Manage assigned activity stations or tasks

  • Help maintain event flow and cleanliness

  • Attend pre-event briefings and adhere to schedules provided by the event coordinator

  • May recruit additional volunteers (with prior approval) Ideal

Ideal For: Volunteers who love hands-on teamwork and direct community service.
